Air conditioning questions from Tower Hamlets
How much does air conditioning installation cost in Tower Hamlets?
Installations are always bespoke, so we quote after a site survey (£122, credited against the job if you go ahead). The survey covers room sizes, electrics, pipe routes and where the outdoor unit can go.
Do you charge a call-out fee in Tower Hamlets?
No call-out fee Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, anywhere inside the M25. Evenings are £76 and weekends or bank holidays are £86.
Can you fit air conditioning in a flat in Tower Hamlets?
Usually yes. The outdoor unit needs a suitable wall, balcony or flat roof, and in a managed block you will normally need the freeholder's consent — we help with the details they ask for.
