Book your survey
Send us a few details about your home — how many rooms, what type of property, and what you want to achieve. We'll confirm a survey slot that suits you and tell you the survey fee up front.

Site visit & quote
An engineer visits, measures the rooms, checks your electrics and plans where pipework and the outdoor unit will go. You get a written quote with the equipment, the work and the timings spelled out. If you go ahead, the survey fee can be credited against the job.

Installation
We agree a date, arrive on time and protect your floors and furniture. Most single-room systems are done in a day. We test everything, then show you how to use the controls properly.

Aftercare
We register your warranty and offer a simple annual service plan with priority call-outs and discounted repairs, so the system keeps working the way it did on day one.
