Servicing & Maintenance
A regular service keeps your system efficient and stops small problems turning into expensive ones. We clean filters and coils, check gas levels and drainage, test the electrics and controls, and leave everything spotless. Servicing is priced per unit — £179 for one unit, down to £97 per unit on larger sites.
- Filter and coil clean for cleaner air and less noise
- Drainage and leak checks, with F-Gas records where required
- Refrigerant and performance test
- Booked as and when you need it — no contract to sign
Repairs & Fault Finding
If your system is not cooling, dripping, smelling musty or flashing an error, we come out, find the cause and explain it in plain English. You get a price before any repair work starts. Weekday daytime visits are £179 for the first 1.5 hours, with no call-out charge inside the M25.
- No call-out fee Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm inside the M25
- Clear explanation of what's wrong and why
- Repair quote before we proceed
- Honest advice when replacing beats repairing
Installations for Homes
From one bedroom to a whole house, we design and fit split and multi-split systems that suit your rooms and your budget. Every installation begins with a £122 site survey — that is how we give you an accurate, honest quote, and the fee is credited against the job if you go ahead.
- Site survey first: room sizes, electrics, pipe routes, outdoor unit position
- Quiet, efficient units that also heat in winter
- Discreet and slim ducted options for period and listed properties
- Dust sheets, careful drilling, full clean-up and a handover walkthrough
Commercial Air Conditioning
Offices, shops, salons, server rooms and hospitality venues all need reliable, quiet climate control that keeps staff and customers comfortable without pushing up bills. We install and maintain wall units, ceiling cassettes, ducted systems and larger VRV/VRF installations.
- Wall units, ceiling cassettes, floor consoles and ducted systems
- VRV/VRF systems for multi-room and multi-floor premises
- Server and comms room cooling
- Planned visits arranged around your opening hours
Commercial Refrigeration
For cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs, refrigeration failure means lost stock and lost trade. We install, maintain and repair a full range of commercial refrigeration, and we can look after it on the same visit as your air conditioning.
- Cold rooms, freezer rooms and cellar cooling
- Display cabinets, counters and ice machines
- Temperature integrity for food safety and compliance
- Fast response when something stops working
How much does air conditioning cost to run?
Modern systems are far cheaper to run than most people expect. Cooling a typical bedroom usually costs a few pence to around 20p an hour, and because these systems also heat, many people use them instead of electric heaters in spring and autumn. We'll talk through likely running costs for your rooms at the survey.
